On one of nana's visits to see Rudy in CA.
Rudy - who always had dogs - couldn't take Rolf with him on location
so Rolf and Rudy's dog "Windy would ja" traveled home by train to Belmont
with nana where they lived the rest of their lives. Somewhere I have a newspaper clipping
of the story of Rolf having surgery because he swallowed a rubber ball. The Boston
papers made a big deal of it because he was Rudy's dog.
